Manila, Philippines- Neri Naig, star circle quest finalist, at last breaks her silence after the sex scandal with Chito Miranda spreads like wildfire over social media.

In her interview in the worthless showbiz talk show "THE BUS", she wasn't still feeling very well because of the embarrassment she and her family had received since the sex video leaked and now considered for public consumption.

"I'm very sorry sa lahat ng mga nadisappoint sa akin, " said Neri, "hindi ninyo naman ako masisisi kung hindi ko na-control yung nagdumadaosdos kong feeling sa panahon na iyon. Ang sarap kaya kung gagawin nyon with video. Ibang klase ang thrill at excitement. After ninyong gawin iyon, you can view it anytime you want. Maganda naman iyon. Para lahat ay nakadocument para makita ng mga anak ninyo in the future kung gaano ka walang hiya ang kanilang mga magulang. Kayo kaya, try nyo."

"Sorry rin sa lahat ng aking mga fans. Oo, medyo naging tanga lang kami. I know, walang matinong tao ang gagawa ng ganoong ka-private na bagay tapos vi-video-hin pa. It's up to you, guys. Tao rin kami, nakakaramdam din ng kunting kati; kung sa maling panahon at lugar tiyak sira ang buhay namin." Added Neri in her interview with "THE BUS" host PaGirl Abunda.

Ang Puncha (APu)- Priests were found to benefit the Pork Barrel Scam by the notorious Janet Napoles, according to the initial investigation made by the NBI and DOJ.

In an interview made to some of the priests in the payroll, they won't not deny such activity and connection with Napoles but instead they will defend her with all their "money and saints". "What can they do, we have two of the most powerful things in the world." said Father Damaso Delos TIYANak, one of the beneficiaries of Napoles. "Naiingit lang sila (people against Napoles), hindi kasi sila nakatanggap ni piso. Bigyan mo ng 500, aakuhin niya ang pagiging Presidente ng fan's club ni Napoles." TIYANak added.

After this issue broke, Satan immediately tweeted, straight from The Boiling Point City, Hell, in his twitter account @IamSatan calls the attention of Department of Justice Secretary Liela DeLailah for a swift judicial process regarding this issue. "Sec. DeLailah! Pabababain mo na yang mga pari! Ako na ang bahala sa kanila!"

Ang Puncha tried to get a word from the Heaven to give their reaction but they insisted not to. "Leave it to Satan." Saint Peter said. ### (Manny Libas)

CHED issues Memorandum to implement Anti-Cheating Helmets to Top 10 Performing Universities

University in Thailand have their students wear anti-cheat helmets while doing their exams.
Anti-Cheat Helmet Pilot Testing at the CHED Office

Quezon City, Philippines- Commission on Higher Education (CHED) mandates Top 10 Performing Universities and Colleges to have an Anti-Cheating Helmet be worn by students during examinations and quizzes.

A study conducted in the Center for Student's Welfare in the University of Thailand shows how this method helps the student to decide whether to pursue or not a particular course. No way can a student cheat through using his super bright eyes alone. To this effect especially when a student fails the program in the university due to his incapacity to cheat, he will not pursue college and later realize that he is not fit in the world of academe.

According to Dr. Patricia Likoanan, Chairperson of CHED, this is to ensure 100% accurate results for the students' academic performance. "Okay lang ito! Wala naman pake ang gobyerno sa mga mababagsak dahil dito. Maganda, para hindi na mapupuno ang ating bansa ng mga college graduates na walang mga trabaho." said Chairperson Likoanan. "Okay din naman ito! Magba-budget cut naman para sa mga State University na kadalasay nasa top 10, wala ng mga estudyanteng papasok pa sa kolehiyo. Wala ring epek kung ipapatupad o hindi ito."

Aside from the paper-made helmet, CHED also has available helmets in various designs a student can choose to wear. This is to prevent mass action protest among universities for not be given the freedom to choose on what to wear. (Jessie Al Fresco) ***
